Time to Process is the estimated time between ordering and shipping of product. In most cases we will ship your order from our warehouse the same business day.

Please take account of the following circumstances where this process may be delayed

• If we cannot process your credit card, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until payment is complete. 
• Orders placed after 5:00pm EST may be processed and shipped the next business day. 
• Special orders - Orders shipping directly from our supplier may take additional time to process. 
• Built-to-order merchandise - Custom built orders may take additional time to process.
• Orders placed online outside of normal business hours - Orders are not processed after business hours.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays - Orders will be processed the next business day.

• FedEx Standard Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day.*
• FedEx Priority Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day before 10:30am in some areas and before 12:30am in all others.*
• FedEx First Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day before 8:30am.* 

* Please remember that Next Day Air service is not guaranteed on orders placed after 5:00pm EST.

For the value of 2-3 day delivery we offer FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Saver services. 

• FedEx 2Day air is guaranteed to arrive in two days.*
• FedEx Saver is guaranteed to arrive in 3 days.* 

For the economy of ground freight we offer UPS and FedEx ground shipments at no charge. 

• FedEx and UPS ground shipments usually arrive in 2-7 days. 

Please also note the following

Packages cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii via ground service. 
Packages to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via FedEx Next Day, Packages to 
Packages are shipped using FedEx or UPS and cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Tracking numbers are posted on are available on your "Tracking Order" page as soon as possible, please allow a reasonable amount of time for this to happen.
Please allow for normal transit time before contacting NYCE to initiate a trace. Once a tracking number has been posted on your "Tracking Order" page, you are free to contact the carrier directly with any shipping inquiries. 
Be aware that on Ground shipments there can be a delay of one business day from the time we post the tracking number on your "Tracking Order" page until it is picked up by FedEx or UPS.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday for Saturday delivery must be shipped via "FedEx Priority Overnight" service and must be ordered before 5:00pm EST.

Shipping Policy

While orders generally ship on the same day, a delay from our suppliers may elongate the processing period. 

• Delays on the part of the freight forwarder may contribute to and elongated shipping process.
• Buyer is granted the option of choosing freight service. We do not ship via USPS.
• NYCE can ship via Fed EX and UPS, pickups or courier deliveries can be arranged at additional costs to the buyer but arranging them is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges resulting from incorrect shipping addresses being provided
• Should an item appear to be damaged, please contact NYCE immediately and document damage with NYCE and the respective forwarder.
• Please inspect your shipment thoroughly; any damage discovered after you have signed for the item becomes your responsibility.
• Items will not ship until full payment has been secured by NYCE. 

OTHER POLICIES:

• NYCE hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by NYCE in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
• NYCE is not responsible for the misuse of products by its buyers. Any software license violations or fraudulent and illegal actions on the part of the buyer are not the responsibility of NYCE.

Returns & Order changes

All returns must be authorized by NYCE within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, notwithstanding, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, computers and printers are returnable in the first 30 days for repair only. Computers, printers and LCD projectors are not returnable for credit or exchange.

All non-defective returns authorized by NYCE are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice.

All returns and exchanges authorized by NYCE must be returned to NYCE within 14 days of return authorization.

Refused shipments are treated as a return and charged a minimum 15% restocking plus the shipping amount.

NYCE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NYCE shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
